Integrative Counselling in Solihull and Online
Each of us can find ourselves in a difficult place sometimes. Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions, struggling to cope with loss, or facing uncertainties in your relationships. Whatever challenges you're experiencing, reaching out for support can be the first step towards a brighter, more hopeful future.
I am Christine, a qualified counsellor and registered member of the BACP, offering counselling from my therapy rooms in Solihull and online for adult individuals. I provide a safe, confidential and calm space where you can explore whatever you wish to bring at your own pace.
As an integrative counsellor, I use a range of counselling approaches to meet your individual needs. The most important thing for me is that you feel supported and listened to within a warm, caring and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship based on confidentiality and mutual trust.
I offer support for a broad range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, and the general uncertainties of life. Having experienced significant loss in my own life and supported others through their grief journeys, I have a deep understanding of bereavement, loss and the challenges faced by those caring for loved ones, particularly with dementia. I work sensitively with relationship difficulties, helping individuals navigate separation, divorce, and complex family dynamics. My experience also includes supporting adults who carry the impact of childhood experiences, including absent parents, adoption, abuse, and sibling relationships. If we work together, I offer you a calm, thoughtful space where you can feel truly heard and supported in making sense of your experiences.

Counselling offers you time and space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that may not be possible with family or friends. Together we will build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, where you can feel truly heard and understood. This is your time to bring whatever you wish to bring, knowing you will be supported in a warm, caring and supportive environment.
Working together, we can explore the challenges you're facing and collaborate on identifying the changes you would like to make. Many people find that counselling helps them develop new perspectives, understand their emotions better, and find ways to cope with life's difficulties. Through our sessions, you can work through your concerns at your own pace, knowing you're not alone. There will come a time when things feel brighter, and I'm here to support you on that journey.
I understand that reaching out for support takes courage. If you'd like to explore working together, you can book a free 15-minute consultation call or arrange an initial 75-minute session. I'm here to listen when you're ready to take that first step.
Thank you for considering taking this step to get in touch. I understand that reaching out for counselling support can feel daunting, and I'm here to help make that process as comfortable as possible.
Taking the first step to seek support isn't always easy, but it can be the beginning of positive change. Whether you'd like to arrange an initial consultation or simply have some questions, I'm here to help. There will come a time when things feel brighter, and I look forward to supporting you on that journey.
